Both the Active System and Passive System software packages generate many valuable management reports:

• Detail Tracking Report—list all logged data points from the GPS system, including date, time of day, address, information about speed, and latitude and longitude.
• Speed Report—find out whether or not a vehicle has exceeded a certain speed in miles per hour (mph). The report will display all speeds equal or greater than that speed as well as the time when and location where the vehicle reached that speed.
• Stops Report—review all the stops a vehicle made. You can use the default length of time you have designated as a stop through the software, or you can enter a unique value at the time you generate the report. By setting a stop threshold, you can eliminate "routine" stops-such as long traffic lights or railroad crossings-and thus concentrate on true stops your vehicles have made. This report will list the date, location where the vehicle stopped, and length of time it remained stopped.
• All Vehicles Report—summarizes all the vehicles in your database. You can see your identification for each vehicle, the serial number of the GPS receiver installed in that vehicle, and-for the A1000 system-the cellular telephone number for that vehicle's receiver/transmitter.
