The flat, self-contained unit is solar-powered and comes with a backup battery. The TLU has a frequent track mode that lets you locate and recover lost or stolen trailers quickly, and it can automatically generate a weekly or monthly report of trailer location. The TLU also has an automatic alarm sent by email, fax, or pager to notify you if your trailer crosses predetermined boundaries.

Software: The TLU uses an ASP-based software program that you can access from any computer connected to the Internet. Simply log in with your username and password, and you can see the exact location of your trailer, set geofence boundaries, or review location history.
